This project was required for Christmas lunch, but when we started some house timbers were rotten, so we were able to replace with new H3 timber for outside to make the home up to standard under the supervision of our Registered Builder, which just happens to also be a Director of Perth Patios.
Once the rotten timber issue was sorted, the gable patio could then be built safely and on time for that special day. It’s a good idea to make sure the building company you use is registered so the project will be built to Australian standards.
